As for the project, it's about learning to design for people and going through the process of interviewing, analyzing insights from interviews, anonymizing interviews and information to create main takeaways, and creating a design proposal that benefits the Amateur and Independent Filmmaker community. This class focuses on making sure we are designing the right thing for people. While we are not a research team, we do have an approval statement. The TL;DR of the Approval statement is that we cannot compensate for your time (unfortunately); we ask for ideally 60 mins of your time to get to ask questions and potentially do some codesign/design sessions; this project is for educational purposes so we are not actually going to make this design, our job is to come up with a design proposal for our final deliverable.
