Hello, We (5 undergraduate students at Olin College) are very interested in learning about independent and amateur filmmakers! As part of our collaborative design course, we're engaging with filmmakers to both learn about the experience and explore the human centered design process by talking with student, amateur, or independent filmmakers primarily in the greater Boston area. We’d be very interested in all things related to the filmmaking process or your experience with it, be it writing, to casting, production, or anything else, and we figured we could get some good insight from students at Emerson. We would love to ask you or any filmmakers you know questions in person and see what you do firsthand, ideally for about 60 minutes (but that timing is flexible). If in person doesn’t work, calling online would still be hugely helpful.
