I’d be happy to answer any film related questions you may have. I do have some questions for you as well. First off is there a specific date you're looking to meet? Correct me if this may be wrong but is this connected to an assignment for your collaborative design class? I only ask to make sure if you have a deadline for this interview that we'd be able to help you out before anything may be due! Our organisation has just begun pre-production on a few new student short films, meaning our club meeting time will be quite booked and busy. Our club is comprised of non-majors, film students, and those simply interested in film so our skills/knowledge vary. That being said we have our general meeting later this week and I can see if theres a possibility of carving out some time if you'd like to sit in on a meeting. What exactly are you looking to get out of attending a meeting? You mentioned having an interest in a wide array of production fields, I just want to make sure we're booth on the same page on what it is you'd like to learn from coming to Bridgewater before we set anything in stone. If attending a meeting cannot happen I'd still be available to answer any questions! I’m generally available Mondays after 5 and Fridays after 3 and could talk with you either via zoom or in-person. As part of our collaborative design course, we are engaging with filmmakers to both learn about the experience and explore the human centered design process by talking with student, amateur, or independent filmmakers primarily in the greater Boston area. We’d be very interested in all things related to how creators make their films, from casting to production to audio, and the student perspective on filmmaking would give us some unique insight. We would love to ask you or any filmmakers you know questions in person and see what you do firsthand, ideally for about 60 minutes (but that timing is flexible). If we could potentially attend one of your group’s meetings, that would be wonderful, though we also understand if that wouldn’t work. If in person doesn’t work, calling online would still be hugely helpful.
